Job Summary
The Vail Resorts’ legal team is searching for an experienced labor and employment attorney to join our team as Labor & Employment Counsel. As a driven and collaborative team, the Labor & Employment Legal Team acts as strategic partners to our Human Resources department and provides labor and employment-law advice to all divisions of the organization globally. The Labor & Employment Counsel role requires an agile and flexible problem solver, demonstrated business leader, and team player who can quickly learn new areas of the law and the business. To be considered, you must have a passion for promoting a positive, productive culture that furthers the Company’s Core Values and mission of "Experience of a Lifetime."
We are looking for a candidate that has at least 4 years of employment law experience, ideally with labor relations experience, and has a demonstrated ability to provide practical solutions to a variety of legal questions. This team member will communicate confidently and clearly with the legal team and internal clients at all levels of the business, handle competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will also demonstrate the ability to effectively adapt to evolving circumstances and thrive working both independently and collaboratively.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $111,900 - $151,320 annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
