This is a full time position –

Accounting/Mgr.

-- Company is about 500m in sales and growing

-- Onsite 5 days a week

-- Need someone with distribution experience

-- Consolidated reporting, participate in budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting private equity firm

- Compliance reporting for term notes and ABL (Banking)

- Involved with Month end closing

- Participate in yearend financial audits

-- Will manage 3 direct reports [ 1 A/R and 2 A/P ]

-- SOMEONE WITH 10 YRS exp. –should have exp. In a distribution firm

- Reports to Controller

-- Must be hands on

Position Overview :-

• Oversee all financial and accounting
• Responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
• Reports into the CFO
• Location: New Brunswick NJ AND NY
• Salary $90-100k –maybe 105k
