Job Summary
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and communicating with stakeholders. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills in a real-world setting, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and initiation of projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, using appropriate tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Support the identification of risks and issues, contributing to the development of strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate project meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards within Dynacon.
  • Commit to professional growth by staying informed of industry best practices and project management trends.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Strong interest in project management with the ability to learn and apply project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in project management software being a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are welcome; minimal professional work experience is required.
Experience
  • Entry Level position.
