We use state of the art TV inspection equipment & trucks, vactor, and vacuum tankers & trailers equipped with the latest technology to handle all of customer needs.

We are currently expanding our team and have an opening for a CCTV Operator.

The CCTV OPERATOR shall:

· Report to the Operations Manager

· Provide service that exceeds customer expectations

· Provide leadership & direction if working with a laborer

· Build & maintain strong long lasting customer relationships.

To be successful, the operator must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.

· Set up & operate TV truck and robotic closed circuit television equipment in sanitary sewer and storm water systems

· Document and produce accurate job/inspections reports, complete necessary paperwork, DOT logs, etc.

· Troubleshoot and conduct routine repairs on electronics and equipment

· Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, parts, etc.

· Communicate effectively with crews, municipality, engineer managers and office staff

· Work with other Fred A Cook, Jr. Inc divisions as necessary.

· Work with company mechanic on vehicle inspections and maintenance

· Participate in required staff meetings and trainings

The following are requirements of employment

· Clean driver’s license

· PACP Certification - PREFERRED

· 2 years’ experience in preparation of reports and producing DVD copies of CCTV inspections -REQUIRED

· Ability to read maps and drawings

· Ability to complete background check - REQUIRED

· Ability to pass a physical and drug test – REQUIRED

· Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

· Ability to lift objects weighing greater than 75 lbs. on a daily basis

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

· Strong written & verbal communication

· Proven customer focused and relationship building skills

Salary range:

$60,000 - $120,000
