Caring Places Management is actively seeking an Office Manager to join our Assisted Living Community, Heritage House Buckley, located in Buckley, WA. Reporting directly to the Administrator, the Office Manager fills a crucial role within the community and is responsible for the organization and daily operations of the front office. In addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company, the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Able to pass a criminal background check

  • Prior experience in assisted living or leadership position is preferred
