The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments and confirming appointments at the Lipsey Clinic. They will check clients in and out, handle money for services rendered and balance the drawer daily. This dynamic individual will have strong customer service and communication skills and will be responsible for monitoring and returning phone messages and email inquiries. They will assist in maintaining our clinic in a clean and orderly manner. Other duties include assisting the veterinarian/technician with patients, providing client education, and representing the Lipsey Clinic in a professional manner at all times.
This individual will participate in creating a thriving culture of philanthropy at the SPCA Serving Erie County by increasing awareness and support of our organization. This is achieved by being knowledgeable and supportive of SPCA programs and events, sharing your passion for service to animals and people within our community, and serving as an inspiration by providing an exemplary level of animal care and guest service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong organizational and computer skills; eVetPractice experience preferred
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to exercise patience, empathy, and compassion
4. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
5. Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus
