Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer relationship management, and real estate administrative tasks.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance

- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks and property maintenance
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
