Job Summary:
Hiley Hyundai of Burleson is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Parts Manager. This is a full-time position in the auto industry located in Burleson, Texas. The successful candidate will assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the flow of parts and materials within the dealership, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the parts inventory and ordering process to meet customer demand and dealership sales goals.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure all parts are properly priced and properly billed to customers.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking system updates, part returns, and deletions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to service technicians and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately fulfilling customer orders and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Support the Parts Manager in training and guiding new parts department employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and security regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
