Diesel Technician Benefits
- Our technicians make between $25 - $45 per hour based on diesel technician experience
- Company-provided technician uniforms
- Paid training is offered to technicians with basic mechanical skills

- Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month

- 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
- $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
- 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
- Technician must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own tools
- Technician must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
- formal technician training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
- We prefer to have technicians with 6 months to a year of previous diesel technician experience
- All diesel technicians with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on technician experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
