What will I do as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse?

• Organize, deliver, and direct professional nursing care to residents
• Serve as Charge Nurse for assigned resident care neighborhoods
• Provide continuous clinical leadership
• Direct paraprofessional staff regarding resident care
• Communicate with staff, families, physicians and all departments as needed regarding resident needs

What do I need for this LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse role?

• Current and valid LPN License in New Jersey
