Job Description: Project Support Specialist -- PART TIME HOURS (Must be open to reporting location of Burlington)

**Min. of 32hrs/wk. (hours will vary between 25-40/wk.) **

Responsibilities:

The Project Support Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of customer facing outreach communication materials. They will receive packet specifications to be printed, assembled and distributed to customers in the applicable locations statewide per the week’s schedule. Any significant findings while delivering outreach materials will be documented and communicated to ensure resolution and close out.

Qualifications:
*Must be open to part time hours
High School Diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Valid NJ Driver License
Preferred skills include campaign canvassing, door to door delivery, bilingual not required but a plus
Ability to walk many miles per day – good physical condition
Ability to travel throughout Client service territory - reimbursement will be provided
Reliable Transportation (cannot be public transportation or ride share)

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
• Previous experiences utilizing basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• MS Project experience a plus
• PMP certification a plus

Experience Levels:
• Intermediate: Typically has up to approximately 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
• Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically, has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
• Expert: Full knowledge of the function. Demonstrated ability to apply concepts to the functional area and see big picture impact of actions. Typically, has approximately 7 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires very limited managerial oversight/direction.
