- Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on Social Work Education
- 1 years’ experience as a Social Worker
- Experience with group therapy for anxiety, stress reduction & behavioral required.
- Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
- EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
- Additional certifications may be required.
