Client Services Representative – Direct Hire

Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill Direct Hire Client Services Representative openings with a company in Burnsville, MN. Interested candidates should have 2 years of Client Services/Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Client Services Representative Job Description:

• Review & accurately input customer orders into job tickets in a timely manner.
• Interpret & analyze estimates and all accompanying forms to enter information into a ticket.
• Communicate closely with customers ensuring all orders are processed properly.
• Create new job folders ensuring that required forms are complete.
• Work with the Sales, Production Planning and Prepress departments as needed.
• Analyze and verify existing data on all repeat jobs, updating if necessary.
• Enter all required information into the computer system accurately.
• Inspect and verify proofs; ensure all proofs are properly signed off on.
• Support the Sales Team, and service customers’ needs as required.
• Answer customer service line.
• Provide prompt responses to all customer requests made by phone, fax, email, etc.
• Handle all customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Assist your department coworkers with handling other customers and tasks when needed.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with all team members
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned without incident.

Client Services Representative Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of Client Services experience
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products ERP experience
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Effective written and verbal communicator.
• Ability to pay attention to details and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of label printing industry preferred.

The starting salary for the Client Services Representative position is $24.00-$26.00 hourly.
