Looking for seasoned HR Manager professional to manage Personnel functions for a Leading Industry / OHIO company with a multi-site / state footprint. About The CompanyOur client has an OUTSTANDING! The HR Manager will be an integral part of the growth they are experiencing and will have their “fingerprints” on the entire HR department. Excellent opportunity to own the process as you champion a stellar HR Department.
HR Manager Duties/Experience
  • Must have experience in creating, implementing and managing HR related programs and be competent with legal & regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers for multiple sites and support their needs including managers coaching, team buildings and employee relations.
  • Recruiting and sourcing candidates for various positions.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Various Programs i.e. Training and Staff Development
  • Create and manage employee onboarding, update and maintain employee Handbook, handle performance and salary reviews, compensation, benefits, ESOP and related.
  • Create and monitor HR strategies and procedures across the organization, including, managers’ training and employee wellbeing & experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates and several years experience as an HR Manager is necessary. If you have worked for a mid to large sized manufacturing company and have a broad base of HR/Personnel expertise, then please forward your resume ASAP.
