Kelly is Hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Near Cary, NC
1st Shift: 6:30a-2:30p (or) 7:00a-3:00p
Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)
What’s a typical day as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
- Making repairs and modifications in accordance with regulatory codes.
- Participating in team decision making and problem solving.
- Training and advising machine operators.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.
- Performing troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on production equipment.
- Assisting in the installation of new equipment.
- Coordinating with outside resources for repair goods and services.
- Completing tasks and operating equipment in a safe manner.
- Managing miscellaneous projects.
- Have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Are able to work in hot and cold environments and at heights.
- Have 5 years or more of industrial maintenance experience.
- Have a current valid NC driver's license.
- Are willing and able to learn new technical skills.
- Previous welding skills a plus but not needed.
- Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience, preferably in steel manufacturing or military environment.
