TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Near Cary, NC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make repairs and modifications in accordance with national and local building, electrical and safety codes to assure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in team decision making and team problem solving.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Train and advise machine operators.
- Direct contracted projects and sub-contractors when required.
- Maintain machine and equipment records as required by Maintenance Manager.
- Performs troubleshooting on electronic, electrical and mechanical and diagnostic tests on all types of production equipment Investigates and executes economic repair options on production equipment.
- Executes preventative maintenance program.
- Maintains inventory of maintenance spare parts.
- Assists in the installation of new equipment, and relocation of existing equipment performs maintenance on buildings, grounds and facility infrastructure.
- Coordinates with outside resources for delivery of repair goods and services.
- Maintains the highest quality of workmanship.
- Accepts/performs other responsibilities/duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Complete tasks and operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Work at an acceptable and communicated level of productivity.
- Manages miscellaneous projects.
- Must have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments and have ability to work at heights off of ladders and lifts.
- Must have 5 years or more of industrial maintenance experience.
- Must have a current valid NC drivers’ license.
- Must be willing and able to learn new technical skills as it relates to job.
- $25-30 p/h depending on experience
