Patient Centered - Employee Centered - Client Centered

We are thrilled to say that we are growing our Human Resource Department and adding a Recruiter. We are looking for a positive, dynamic teammate to help maintain our community awareness and staffing needs for our 20 clinics and growing!!

This position will be responsible for all recruiting related task in the Human Resource Department of the organization and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Act and perform job duties in alignment with the core values of the organization.
• Helps to identify opportunities for the recruitment of new staff using a variety of resources.
• Participates in outreach to establish a diverse applicant pool.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with organizations in the community involved training and educating people in our specific field of work.
• Helps to maintain effective recruitment and selection processes to support the organization's needs.
• Maintains the Applicant Tracking Process and Applicant Tracking System used for the talent acquisition process.
• Travel to job fair sights within the metro and state region.
• Strategizes with teammates and management to enhance our visibility in the market.
• Develop and execute plans for recruitment of participants in the medical related field.
• Advises hiring managers on related laws and policies for recruiting and interviewing when needed.

Experience Required includes:

• Knowledge of recruiting sources and techniques
• Skilled in Applicant Tracking System usage
• Strong Legal Compliance knowledge, especially related to recruiting and application management
• Job Fair and College recruiting experience a plus!

Qualification Required include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of five years of recruiting experience (in the medical field is preferred)
• Additional HR training and education is preferred, but not required.
