About us
Clinton CUSD #15 is located in Clinton, IL and has approximately 1750 students.
Overview:
We are seeking a School Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting school aged children. This position requires excellent driving skills and a strong sense of responsibility. We will train.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus to transport children to their designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of safety
- Maintain a clean and organized bus, reporting any maintenance issues
- Follow established routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to get a CDL or already have a CDL
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English and [additional language]) are highly desirable but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
