Crew Member Job Description

Duties:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks in the kitchen
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders
- Retail math knowledge for inventory management and sales tracking (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus
