Inventory Coordinator : a team leader in charge of receiving, rotating and maintaining overall store inventory and cleanliness in a timely and organized manner.
Kitchen / Back of House Area
This is a full-time position Monday - Saturday (Friday and Saturday availability is required)
Schedule : 5 AM - 2PM
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inventory management : Receive, inspect, temp, rotate, and place truck orders in the mornings.
- Manage poultry rotation, and maintain the cleanliness of Thawing Cabinets.
- Assist Boards Area during shift if needed and maintain its cleanliness.
- Champion cleanliness in the kitchen areas and assist with trash bag removal.
