Job Summary And QualificationsDirects the activities of Nursing Services in the Emergency Room. Interprets and represents Nursing Services to all assigned associates. Assures the provision of high quality, safe patient care delivery through effective leadership and management and provides clinical oversight of nursing processes as practiced on the unit.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Current Idaho RN License; compact license acceptable, but must obtain Idaho RN license within 90 days of date of hire
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Three to five years progressive experience in nursing and nursing management.
  • Two years of emergency department or related clinical experience.
  • Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support or obtain within 7 days of date of hire
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support recommended but not required
