We are currently seeking Dental Receptionists. Why apply? Competitive Pay General Practice Friendly and supportive work environment Responsibilities Standard duties for Dental Receptionists are to be expected.

Some of which are : Greeting and seating patients. Answering phone calls and Emails, and answering patient inquiries. Schedule and confirm upcoming patient appointments.

Utilizing basic office equipment (computers, fax machines, etc.), maintaining and ordering office supplies. Process payments and insurance forms, preparing invoices, and handling billing inquiries.

Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc. HIPPA Compliance Management of patient files, updating information as necessary and ensuring that all records are accurate and confidential.

Administrative duties and data entry. Hours Monday - 8am to 2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 8am to 6pm Friday - 9am to 2pm Benefits 401k LTD Paid Time Off Qualifications Professional appearance and positive attitude.
