*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and possess skills in minor household maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of home systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in various systems and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

- Preventive Maintenance: Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

- Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Report any significant issues or concerns to management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address and resolve maintenance issues.

- Customer Service: Interact with employees, or clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their maintenance concerns as needed.

-Lawn Care: Perform mowing, landscaping and snowplowing of 6 homes.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Proven experience in maintenance or a related role. Familiarity with building systems, repair techniques, and safety procedures.

- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment.

- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
