We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at our recreational cannabis dispensary. Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service, guiding patrons through our selection with ease.
• With direction and support from management, lead our team with confidence, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Stay on top of inventory, so our shelves are always stocked and ready.
• Assist with deliveries and receiving inventory- a lot goes on behind the scenes!
• Handle transactions with precision and care, because trust is our currency.

Requirements:

• Prior management/leadership experience, ideally in a dispensary or retail environment.
• MUST have computer literacy. We use a POS system, Inventory system, Excel, Google interface (Mail, Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides), and more daily.
• Strong math skills-- we're a cash-only establishment with a lot of inventory; must be able to think on the fly!
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine love for cannabis and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, it's our everyday hustle :)
• Must be 21 or older and comply with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Must have Vermont CCB Adult Use Employee ID Card, or at least Temporary ID Card, by the time training begins.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of cannabis products, consumption methods, and their effects.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Familiarity with social media.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
