Job Summary:
Element U.S. Space & Defense is seeking an Operations Manager based in Camden, AR to lead all functional areas and drive the daily strategy that optimizes the resources to deliver value to customers. The Operations Manager is accountable for the leadership and management of the Customer Project Management and Test Services.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
