Join us and be the catalyst for HR excellence!What We Offer:Career advancement Training Paid time off Economical medical, dental, vision insurance 401k Volunteer opportunities Parental PTO EAP for employees and dependents Employer contributions to medical savings accounts So much more! What You'll Be Doing: System Management and Maintenance:Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring system integrity and performanceManage system upgrades, patches, and enhancementsMaintain system security and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulationsData Management and Reporting:Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the HRISDevelop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-makingConduct regular audits to ensure data integrityProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows using the HRIS Lead HRIS projects from conception to implementation, including requirement gathering, testing, and trainingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into HRIS functionality.User Support and Training:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end usersDevelop and conduct training sessions for HRIS users to enhance system utilizationCreate and maintain user guides, manuals, and documentationCompliance and Risk Management:Ensure HRIS compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other data protection lawsConduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate risksVendor Management: Liaise with HRIS vendors for support, enhancements, and problem resolutionEvaluate and recommend HRIS-related products and servicesOther duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Strong understanding of HR processes and data.Proficiency in HRIS software and database management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.High attention to detail and data accuracy. What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Master's degree or HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.Five years of experience in HRIS management or related roles.Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP). Additional Role Requirements:Work is generally performed in a traditional office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weight.#LI-Onsite
