Monitors Ancillary Error Log - makes corrections in Healthquest, IDX or Lab Systems when required.
Adds patient charges to Healthquest for miscellaneous test requests. Merges patient accounts in Sunquest.
Add/deletes/modifies charges in Healthquest when requested by QA Manager and Admin Director.
Provides support to Customer Service and Reference departments.
Education Requirements5 years previous Laboratory Assistant experience.
Phlebotomy Or Medical Assistant Training Or Experience Preferred.Customer service or specimen processing experience in a medical setting or laboratory preferred.
License/Certification RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.
