POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the safe operations and transport of Guests in CCCH vehicles in accordance with established policies, procedures, specifications, and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conducts pre-trip inspections of vehicle(s).

• Transports Guests and Team Members to/from Casino/Hotel while delivering the highest levels of service in a professional and personable manner.

• Prepares accurate and thorough recordings of operations.

• Keeps vehicle clean and neat and reports any mechanical or other issues to the Supervisor.

• Maintain open communication with department leaders via 2-way radio &/or hands-free cell phone.

• Maintains current knowledge of CCCH property, amenities, services, special events, and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience: Previous experience as a commercial driver, preferred.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Excellent communication (verbal) skills, be personable, and able to de-escalate tense situations. Must be fluent in English. Fluency in other languages, a plus.

b. Detail oriented and observant.

c. Able to read and comprehend detailed instruction manuals, safety rules, procedural manuals, and maintenance instructions.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clear record satisfactory to our insurance carrier.

5. Be at least 18 years of age.

6. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
