As a Housekeeper and a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests staying at our resort. The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, and committed to delivering a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
▫ Room Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of guest accommodations, including domes, and communal spaces.
▫ Linen and Towel Service: Manage the inventory of linens and towels, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and readily available for guests.
▫ Sanitization: Implement and adhere to strict sanitization protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
▫ Trash Removal: Regularly collect and dispose of trash from designated areas, maintaining a clean and litter-free environment.
▫ Restocking Supplies: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest accommodations as needed.
▫ Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any specific requests or concerns related to housekeeping services.
▫ Collaboration: Work closely with other resort staff to coordinate housekeeping efforts and maintain a cohesive guest experience.
▫ Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures, especially those related to cleanliness and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications:
▫ Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
▫ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
▫ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
▫ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
▫ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
▫ Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
▫ Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and best practices.
Additional Information:
▫ Ability to independently lift 30lbs, demonstrating proper body mechanics
▫ Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, including extreme heat or cold weather conditions
▫ Possible periods of prolonged standing and moving
▫ Able to operate property vehicles
▫ Navigating on slippery or uneven natural terrain
