OTTO’s opportunity:

OurAccounting Clerk will assist the Director of Finance in the performance of various Accounting functions. The results of which will lead to the timely and accurate reporting of the financial position and results of operations of OTTO Engineering, Inc.

Specifically, the Accounting Clerk will:

• Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with various filing duties such as: purchase orders, receiving tickets, paid vouchers, remittance advises, various computer data entry registers, etc.
• Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with computer data entry such as vouchers and customer cash application, etc.
• Miscellaneous typing duties
• Must have excellent figure aptitude and be detailed oriented
• Assist with other related duties as required or assigned

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivables in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Syteline preferred
• Data entry experience
• Typing, spreadsheet skills helpful
• Availability for nonstandard or extended work schedule
• Strong communication, organizational, written and follow-up skills
• Requires self-motivation and ability to complete projects with strict guidelines
• Must be able to work in a quick paced environment
• Proficient use of a 10-key adding machine
• General knowledge of ISO 9000
