Essential Functions:

• Uniform measurements/fittings for all employees requiring uniforms.
• Alterations of uniforms to meet employee size needs within specific timelines.
• Ensuring appropriate uniform inventory levels, including ordering of special size needs and maintaining inventory of common sizes.
• Uniform repair of uniforms damaged while working.
• Managing the uniform return and exchange process for termed employees, promoted employees, or transferred employees; ensuring appropriate tracking of outstanding uniforms.
• Partnering with payroll for appropriate payroll deductions from termed employees with outstanding uniforms.
• Placing appropriate follow-up messages to termed employees for return of outstanding uniforms.
• Manage uniform costs through accurate tracking of all uniform distribution, repair, and ordering.
• Maintain good relationships with uniform vendors.
• Manage employee uniform purchase program, including payments, ordering, and distribution.
• Receiving uniform items, unpacking and verifying shipments, and storing items appropriately.
• Work with A/P Accountant or buyer to ensure appropriate payment of invoices.
• Manage dry cleaning for used uniform items.
• Review and update SOPs as needed.
• Maintain an organized uniform room, including uniforms, filing, and supplies.
• Maintain uniform inventory database.
• Maintain tracking of uniforms that are to be destroyed or are no longer used.
• Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
• Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.

Required:

Applies moderately complex practical procedures or systems and/or specialized skills, which require some technical knowledge to apply. Typically requires a one year certificate from college or technical school; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Schedule:

Full or Part-Time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.


Salary:

Starts at $16.50/hr (Including Premium Pay)
