Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Customer Service Near Carthage, MO
- Pay: $14 an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Serve as a front-line customer service representative answering calls, providing product and promotional information, entering orders into multiple computer systems, processing payment and billing information, resolving problems, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and other duties as assigned. They must represent the client in an upbeat, friendly, positive manner.
- The qualified candidates will have at least one year of direct customer service experience, excellent customer service skills, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and listen to customers, and good computer, data entry, and typing skills. The data entry can be a little complicated so must be organized, detail oriented and able to multitask, communicate directly with customers on the phone, via chat, and via email, must speak and write with good grammar, proper spelling, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Closed Saturday and Sunday
- Closed on major holidays (will be open on Black Friday)
- Must be available for the above schedule.
- This position is 40 hours per week.
