GForce Life Sciences is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Near Cary, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes, projects, or functions to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing outcomes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by providing engineering expertise and ensuring smooth integration into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in the introduction of new equipment and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work independently to apply professional judgement and expertise in resolving manufacturing challenges and optimizing processes.
  • Utilize previous experience and best practices to make informed decisions that contribute to the success of manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing performance and achieving organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
  • Strong understanding and application of engineering principles and concepts relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in automation problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on professional judgement and previous experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
