Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Description: Illinois Lift Equipment, a leading forklift retail company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and lead management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Receive, review, and prioritize incoming leads.
• Enter lead information into the CRM system.
• Assign leads to the appropriate salesperson based on territory or specialization.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
• Provide product information and answer preliminary customer questions.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Assist with order processing and tracking.
• Maintain and update sales materials and documents.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., service, rentals) to ensure customer needs are met.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline and workflow to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
