Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet standards and expectations.
• Establish KPIs to monitor quality control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Lead quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to QA personnel.
• Resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Deliver quality training programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

Education/ Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (if applicable)
