Controller

QUAD is currently seeking a Controller for a rapidly growing company’s New Castle, DE location.

The Controllerwill be responsible for overseeing the accounting staff and managing reporting, analysis, compliance, budget, and general ledger functions.

Responsibilities of the Controller

• Creating and maintaining financial reports and statements in accordance with GAAP
• Ensuring all functions are in compliance with internal accounting and financial procedures
• Performing multiple budget related activities, including analyzing trends
• Managing close process
• General ledger maintenance
• Assisting external auditors with supporting information preparation
• Performing bank, investment, debt, and balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Managing cash flow forecasting
• Assisting with tax filings supporting documentation
• Reviewing, updating, and documenting policies, procedures, and process flows

Requirements of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 10 years’ Accounting/Finance supervisory experience
• CPA preferred
• Proficiency with internal controls and GAAP
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Suite and finance and accounting software proficiency

Additional Details:

Salary: To $150k bonus
