DCD Automotive Holdings is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Near Castle, DE
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill when needed
- Contact customers to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Give input and recommendations based on review of accounts
- Work with other departments to resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Previous collections experience required
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, & Sheets would be helpful
- Comfortable working a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills & critical thinking
Shift: Monday - Friday
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay based on experience
