Essential Duties:
- Supervise, direct and manage labor crews during installation, repair and maintenance of existing roofs
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of material drop off/pick up
- Communicate any and all changes to scheduling department as needed
- Interpret and enforce OSHA safety regulations
- Operate equipment as needed
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of work
- Travel to other sites and markets as needed
- Strong managerial skills and ability to multi-task
- 2-3 years of construction or roofing experience
- Detail-oriented and ability to abide by deadlines
- Spanish is a plus!
