Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities. This role requires a combination of technical skills and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good working condition
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of logic controllers
- Engage in residential painting projects to enhance facility aesthetics
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when overseeing maintenance projects
- Interpret and follow schematics for equipment repairs
Experience:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their maintenance
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership abilities to guide maintenance tasks effectively
