Business Development Representatives are expected to work with a sense of ownership and accountability. This means taking the initiative to drive innovation and creativity in your sales approach. We’re looking for someone to stay ahead of the curve and drive results by constantly seeking new ways to add value.

Some of the primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Finding, qualifying and nurturing new business leads with the ultimate goal of increased sales revenue
  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through new business acquisition
  • Proposal writing
  • Developing and leading new business presentations
  • Attending networking events, conferences and tradeshows
  • Staying relevant with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales progress

A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience is required. Agency or direct marketing experience preferred. Key skills and characteristics of ideal candidates include:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
