Job Summary:

Welcome to our team! We are a leading provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs in the comfort of their own homes.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join us in our mission of fostering growth, independence, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

- Implement behavior management plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors

- Support individuals in developing social skills and promoting independence

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans

- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Provide support during crisis situations and follow established protocols

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies

- Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations if required

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
