Full time Operations Manager - 1100

A growing ABA company is looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and build out the infrastructure of the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee the infrastructure build-out to support business growth.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve processes and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Handle budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support strategic planning and execution of company goals.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) operations.
