Submit an application today!Your responsibilities- Be in charge of the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)- Correspond to internal and external requests on status of contracts- Enhance and manage contract repositories- Translate and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)- Regulate and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts- Red-line documents as required for compliance and review external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance- Support contract administration functions with the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments- Bringing forth contractual provisions and administer contract proposals- Track and maintain contracts database- Resolve and outsource contracts
