Cardinal Senior Management is Hiring an Office coordinator Near Center, MI

Position : Business Office / HR Coordinator Location : 2115 84th Street SW Byron Center, MI Job Id : 565 # of Openings : 0 Care Cardinal Byron Center is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Business Office Manager / HR Coordinator to add to our team! If you want to make a difference in the lives of the elderly, please apply! Care Cardinal Byron Center prides itself in the care and enrichment that we provide to our residents.

We specialize in personal care along with Dementia care.

This position is a Monday through Friday schedule working day shift hours (typically 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm). The ideal candidate will be flexible to meet the needs of the building.

The starting pay range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Job Duties :

  • Invoices for residents rent around the end of every month.
  • Collecting money / checks and doing deposits
  • Working within Point Click Care for residents rent / payments
  • Working on invoices for all departments
  • Calling Families about invoices / past due payments, etc
  • Assisting in making changes of Levels of Care for residents
  • Issuing refunds for residents
  • Scheduling Appointments / Transportation for Appointments for Residents
  • Posting job ads for open positions
  • Conducting phone interviews
  • Maintain HR files
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Answers phones and greets visitors in the absence of a receptionist
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel required
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to walk continuously, bend frequently, and sit occasionally
  • Ability to complete and maintain documentation and confidentiality
  • Ability to operate computer systems and phone systems.
  • Previous recruiting or HR experience highly preferred
