Brewco Marketing Group is Hiring a Program Manager Near Central, KY

Position: Program Manager

Supervisor: Program Director

Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for: Managing all day-to-day elements of one of BMG’s industry partner’s Mobile Marketing Programs, including lodging, transportation, and safety. The Program Manager oversees all assets to ensure flawless execution at each event involved with a program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day contact with BMG’s partner representative contact and the Program Director for the Mobile Marketing program.
  • Primary liaison for all on-site event contact.
  • Ensure quality scheduling, execution, compliance and reporting of all the events involved in this program.
  • Report and discuss activity schedule plans with Program Director and partner contact.
  • Enforce policies, procedures and safety guidelines for program assets and staff.
  • Coordinate necessary equipment maintenance and inventory.
  • Coordinate all event pre-event planning, at-event and post-event logistics with BMG’s partner, BMG and other vendor representatives. Ensure all staff and support staff arrive on time, trained and execute their assigned roles properly and safely.
  • Coordinate and take part in the safe and efficient activation of all elements associated with the program. This includes all display elements such as the interior and exterior of the trailer, custom signage, BMG’s partner’s product and premiums associated with the program.
  • Evaluate program and provide feedback as needed to Program Director.
  • Preparation of program reports including post-event activation summaries. Deliver such reports to BMG supervisor and client in a timely manner and as outlined by supervisor.
  • Direct communication with Program Director on program status (to include, but not be limited to, program problems, missed events, activation issues, schedule conflicts, staff issues, program success stories, etc.)
  • Communicate policy and information to tour staff.
  • Work to ensure insurance protocol and travel oversight (including cross border activities).
  • Ensure per event reporting and photography log / entry.
  • Work with Program Director to ensure program budget compliance.
  • Maintain records essential for DOT compliance, control, evaluation and reporting to appropriate supervisors.
  • Maintain all product inventory and other program elements safely.
  • Work with Program Director to manage all program elements.
  • Provide written evaluation of program as requested by Program Director.
  • Maintain open communication lines with Program Director.
  • Recommend to Program Director new program ideas to better serve and achieve program’s objectives.
