Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC crews on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee jobsite processes and schedules.
- Communicate with General Contractor (GC) and Project Manager to guarantee compliance with construction regulations.
- Verify subcontractor work and manage quality control of workmanship on site.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, creating material take-offs and cut sheets for ordering.
- 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical field with a focus on management.
- A background in HVAC construction.
- Strong understanding of multifamily and commercial construction processes.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading plans and understanding construction flow to apply in the field.
