We are looking to bring on board a Creative Director based in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The role involves overseeing the design and visual impact of various marketing materials, products, packaging, and publications. The successful candidate will lead a team of creative professionals, coordinate with external freelancers and manufacturers, and ensure the brand's visual needs are met. Key responsibilities:• Oversee the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products, packaging, and publications.• Lead a team of creative professionals and nurture their growth and development.• Liaise with company executives to determine visual needs for the company.• Coordinate with freelance professionals and manufacturers to complete projects.• Oversee the development of company printed and digital advertisements and brand campaigns.• Supervise all work completed by the creative department and set project deadlines and content goals.• Present project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and partners.• Collaborate with Campaign Manager to develop campaign scopes and creative briefs.• Develop and evolve marketing email templates, website imagery, and catalog imagery.• Coordinate with Product and Category Managers to develop effective co-op advertising campaigns.• Manage contractors, agencies, and oversee photography shoots.• Oversee the creative budget including advertising spend.• Manage relationships with publication and media sales representatives.• Analyze creative performance/metrics across channels and implement improvements.• Coach and mentor the creative team and other junior members of the marketing team.• Manage day-to-day approval flows and lead brand-related market research.• Oversee creation of tradeshow booths, signage, and collateral to ensure consistency with the brand. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, and experience in advertisements, art direction, brand awareness, campaign planning, design, and tradeshows.
