As an Licensed Real Estate Assistant (also known as Support Specialist) you serve as the single point of contact for distressed homeowners, acting as their lifeline, advisor, and even a true friend at the time when they need you most. You'll also provide support to expert Account Managers by performing tasks such as digital filing, document auditing, financial analysis, and an array of other responsibilities you might expect in technology-driven office environment. Additional tasks include MLS data entry and social media post management.
Professionals working with our firm have the unique opportunity to learn concepts of real estate brokerage, mortgages, and even real estate law at some of the most advanced levels possible in most of these industries. As a result, this is a position meant exclusively for exceptionally intelligent, people-focused, career-oriented individuals who love to learn and are driven to succeed, while being able to problem-solve using common sense in ever-evolving, often complex situations.
Requirements:
- NC or SC Real Estate License
- Min 2 years’ experience working full time in an office environment
- Exceptional math, computer, and communications skills.
- Must be able to manage task deadlines efficiently
- Must be experienced at de-escalating stressful situations with distressed customers (our clients are in foreclosure, so they are often stressed)
- Receive incoming calls from Homeowners who need assistance with short sale, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and an array of other complicated matters.
- Assist Account Managers with digital filing, document auditing, financial analysis, and other daily responsibilities.
- Handle initial consultations with Homeowners who are already working with an agent, and those who do not yet have an agent at all.
- Be able to understand basic marketing concepts and learn the more advanced concepts with ease
- Perform well in a fast paced, high tech office environment.
- Hit the ground running with outstanding communication, and moderate to advanced comprehension of technology and computer skills.
