We are looking for an order processor who will process all orders received, monitor inventory levels, maintain them at the proper level and efficiently deliver products to our customers.

Main duties and responsibilities

Process orders received from suppliers, saleswomen and internal employees in a timely manner.

Keep track of the stock level in the company's warehouse.

Evaluate all available products and prepare orders for delivery in a timely manner, monitoring compliance with all technical requirements.

Communicate with suppliers, saleswomen and internal employees to ensure timely order processing.

Make sure that all inventory is accounted for in invoices received from customers.

Prepare all returns and exchanges, making sure that all documents are filled out and sent back to the supplier, saleswoman or customer.

Make sure that all records are filled in and sent back to the client.

Make sure that all records are updated on customer websites and in internal spreadsheets.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for education and work experience

·A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.

·Previous experience in an order processing position is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
