Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Procedure Writing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Procedure Writing deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Procedure Writing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Procedure Writing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with Client personnel in Procedure Writing

Responsibilities:

• The assignment includes creating a baseline set of procedures for all Strategic Sourcing services (including contract drafting and execution, competitive bidding and administrative/operational activities), creating a procedures library and maintenance structure.
• Position will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Process Design/Change Management team and Sourcing and Contract Operations to create a baseline set of procedures, processes and job aids.
• May assist in preparing and writing training materials.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong experience writing procedures and process mapping,
• Knowledge about the strategic sourcing process.
• Knowledge of RCSA, Supply Chain Management and third-party risk.
• Previous Financial Services (Preferably Wells Fargo)
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience with Visio and/or iGrafix (Preferred)
